Notarial Records in Quebec

As part of the Quebec Family History Society's "Roots 2020" virtual conference, I've been preparing a presentation on searching for notarial records in Quebec for your family from the beginnings of New France to 1936.  Notarial records give glimpses into the activities of families and individuals.

Roots 2020 will be happening all tomorrow from 10 am to 3:30 pm with a variety of presentations.  My talk "Notarial Records in Quebec" will take place from 11 to 11:40 am.  To register, you must register today (sorry, late notice) and videos of the presentations will be available for a couple of weeks after the event to attendees only.

Prizes from Ancestry, MyHeritage, QFHS, and a discount coupon from Global Genealogy will be awarded during the day to attendees.
